If there is an issue with the game data or your console, unexpected behavior may occur.

Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue.

【Steps to Try】

(1) Check for corrupted data

Navigate to [System Settings] →[Manage Software]→ [Data Management] and select the software, choose [Check for Corrupt Data].

* If the above operation does not indicate any problems, please check (2) to (4) below.

(2) Reinstall

Delete the game app or software and then reinstall it.

(3) Re-update the game

Highlight the software, press the [-/+ button]> [Software Update] > [Via the Internet]

(4) Re-download game software and additional content

*Save data is stored under [Data Management] in the [System Settings], so there is no need to delete it when uninstalling software.

After reinstalling, you can continue your game from where you left off using the existing save data.
