【Nintendo Switch: General】Purchased In-Game Item Not Reflected

If a purchased in-game item is not appearing in your game, please try the following steps to help resolve the issue.

 

【Steps to Try】

 

1. Restart the Console

Press and hold the [POWER] Button on the top of the console for at least three seconds, 

which will bring up the Power Menu, select Power Options and choose Restart. 

 

2. Confirm the Link Between Your Nintendo Switch User and Nintendo Account

The Nintendo Account used to purchase paid currency must be linked to a Nintendo Switch user.

You can check which Nintendo Account is linked by going to [User Settings] under [My Page] on your Nintendo Switch.

 

If you have multiple Nintendo Accounts, please confirm which account was used to purchase the additional content.

3. Reinstall the game data

Deleting the game software data (including the main game and any additional content) and then re-downloading it may help resolve the issue.

Please delete the installed game data and reinstall it.

* Deleting game data will not erase your save data.

* Save data is stored under [Data Management] in [System Settings], so there is no need to delete it when uninstalling the software.

After reinstallation, you can continue playing from where you left off using your existing save data.

4.Re-update the game

Highlight the software, press the [-/+ button] > [Software Update] > [Via the Internet]

 

5.Re-download game applications or software and additional content

6. Verifying the country/region of the main game and add-ons (including paid DLC)
