Our customer support cannot process the data restoration requests. 

If you have linked your game data to your Bandai Namco ID, you can perform the data transfer by referring to the following procedure.

[1] Tap "Transfer" in the Title Screen
[2] Tap "Restore Account"
[3] Read the "Transfer Precautions", and tap "Restore Account"
[4] Log-in with the linked Bandai Namco ID account
--------------------
If you perform data transfer between different OS devices, the Variant Crystals (VC) in your original device will disappear.

【SAOVS】I forgot my Bandai Namco ID and password that I used to set up the 「Data Transfer Settings」 for my game data. Is there any way to check it?
