Troubleshooting

Please try the following steps to see if the issue will be solved.

1. Start the game As An Administrator
・If the Steam client is running, please close it completely.
・Right-click the Steam icon in the notification area (task tray) on the right side of the taskbar and select [Exit Steam].




※Simply clicking the close (X) button in the top-right corner of the Steam client does not fully close the application.


・Right-click the Steam icon on your desktop or from the Windows “Start”, and choose More > Run as Administrator.

・Once the Steam client has started, launch the game and check if it is saved successfully.

2. Enable TPM2.0 (if you are using Windows 11)
Depending on the system environment, the method for enabling TPM 2.0 may vary.
